This, now faceless, monstrosity slowly spreads fear and corruption, wherever it goes, but this doesn’t stop adventurers and traders trying to make their way through the forests. It all starts with a shallow unnatural rattle from the depths of the trees, followed by a sudden drop in temperature. The trees around you suddenly grow unnaturally thick, soaking up all the light and then, you see it. You can run, but it’s always going to catch up and those who think they’ve managed to escape and hide, in a false sense of security, will feel the pierce of the monster's snake who lives in the handle of its rotten staff. That pain and fear is the last thing they feel, before becoming trapped in an endless nightmare, as their body wanes away, feeding the corruption of the forest.   Like this model?
